How do I make a booking.

Step 1

Check availability either email luke@cambridgehen.com or phone Luke if you prefer on 07712647272, please let us know your preferred hen house either Kingfisher House or Woodpecker Barn and Total number of guests and the dates

Step 2

Cambridge Hen Ltd will confirm availability and a firm price based on the number of guests for your chosen pad.

Step 3

After you confirm you wish to proceed we can confirm your booking and will request a deposit is paid. The deposit is 50% of the booking. we can temporarily hold dates for two weeks for a £400 deposit if you need time to collect monies from guests.

Step 4

One month before you arrive we ask that your chosen activities are confirmed, the balance is also due at this time.

Step 5

A few days before you arrive we will advise checking in details and confirm directions etc

Arrival

Arrival is from 2.30pm on the day of arrival.

we are on hand if you need any help but we offer a self check in service and the house will be fully prepared for your grand entrance.

Departure.

Sadly all good things come to an end. check out time is 10.00 am on the departure day. please see check out instructions on the house rules.
